Not every useful fix needs a large software project.
Many teams have a file that never imports cleanly, a report built by repeated copy and paste, an API connection that stops at the last mile, or a small defect that remains below a large vendor's priority line.
The service is designed for that gap: review the actual problem, reduce it to a bounded delivery, quote it honestly, and leave behind something the client can verify and operate.
